A site inspection was conducted by the Local Government, Housing, Town and Country Planning Committee Chairman YB Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo at Sena Mas Tasek Gelugor, followed by the presentation of the Affordable Housing Offer Letter to the purchasers of the project.

Officers from CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) and CREAM (Construction Research Institute of Malaysia) conducting a 3-Day QLASSIC assessment; to access the quality of our project construction in accordance to the requirement of the standard stated.

The Show House for Sena Mas is now ready for viewing. Show House Viewing is by appointment basis.

The joyous dinner was held at Kim Hee BM Restaurant in appreciation to the countless contributions of our fellow employees and counterparts.

Our Sales Gallery is open daily from 9am – 6pm except Tuesdays.
